Book Online

To book online you will need an account with us. Create an account using the ‘Register’ function in the top bar of our website, or when prompted at point of sale. You can select the events you wish to book via our What’s On page.

You will be sent an email confirming your booking once your payment has gone through. A second reminder email is sent the day before you are due to attend an event. Paper tickets are no longer issued – you may either print your confirmation or reminder email at home and bring it with you or show your email on your phone to our stewards when you enter the auditorium (please have your email/phone display ready).

Please note: Users who created an account on our old website may not have a valid password. If you find this is the case, please select ‘forgotten password’ when prompted to log in and create a new password.

In Person

Our box office is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 4.30 pm and opens for on-the-door sales 45 minutes before evening events.

By Phone

Call the box office on: 01483 278000

Give us a call during opening hours with your Visa or Mastercard ready, and we will be happy to process your booking.

Reservations, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer a reservation service, nor do we operate a waiting list for returns to sold out events. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, although some events do have an advance booking window for those who are members of our Friends scheme. Refunds of the face value of tickets only apply is an event is cancelled either by the promoter, the hirer, or Cranleigh Arts. We regret that we cannot resell returned tickets.

Access

Our Jack Wagg auditorium is accessible by wheelchair and where an event uses raked seating, spaces for wheelchair users and those with visual or mobility impairments will be allocated in the front row. However, as the auditorium is a flexible space with a variety of layouts, it is often not possible to make wheelchair accessible seating available via online booking. Please contact the box office directly on 01473 278000 and they will be very happy to assist. We offer a complimentary ticket or a carer or support worker enabling attendance at an event.

Please note that wheelchair accessible seating is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can read more about Access here.

Seating

Our Jack Wagg auditorium is a flexible space which means there can be a variety of different layouts for different events. For some events extra rows are added at the front of the auditorium and when these are present the front row will be AA, the second row BB, followed by rows A, B, C etc. Please make yourself aware of the seating arrangements for individual events when booking and do ask at the box office if you are at all unsure and need clarification.

Standing events will have limited seating available in the balcony upstairs (which is not wheelchair accessible). These seats cannot be reserved and are on a first come, first served basis unless advertised with a ticket price. Please note that rows L and M in the balcony offer a slightly restricted view and are not sold for cinema screenings.

Concessions

Concessions are available where advertised. When advertised, discounted ‘in advance’ tickets must be purchased before 4.30 pm on the day before the event.

Children’s Events & Babes in Arms

Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult for all events. Baby changing facilities are available on site.

For children’s shows and films only: should you wish to attend performances with an infant aged below 2 years, the infant would be defined as a ‘babe in arms’, a seat will not be allocated, therefore the infant will be accommodated on parents’ or guardians’ laps. No charge will be made but there must be a separate ticket allocated for the child. Babes in arms tickets are not available for other shows.

Ticket Levy

All ticket prices include a small ticket levy. This fee helps us to cover the costs of our administration and technology.  All published prices include the ticket levy and VAT. We do not charge any booking or card fees.

Other Important Information

Cranleigh Arts reserves the right to make changes to the programme. Please check details when booking.
