Music at Prior's Field is rich, creative and colourful, ranging from our 2023 ‘Guys and Dolls’ production (complete with 20 piece student band) to our annual Battle of the Bands for competing local schools. ‘Classics by Candlelight’ recitals feature soloists and small ensembles while ‘Rock Chic’ combines our rock bands and Textiles students in a catwalk fashion show. Our A Cappella choir recently went on tour, performing in Paris and at Disneyland. Today’s programme features a variety of our ensembles and soloists. We are committed to championing music by female composers, and some are included this evening.
