Following the latest Government lockdown announcement Cranleigh Arts is forced to close its doors to live audiences for January and February, although developments remain under constant review. As well as this the team and the board has come to the decision to cancel all live streamed performances until the end of February. This decision has been made to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, performers as well as the local community. We are working as hard as we can to reschedule as many cancelled performances as possible, please keep an eye on our website for all the information.
Customers with tickets to any of our cancelled January and February events will be contacted by our box office team regarding refunds or ticket transfers. While ticket holders are all entitled to a full refund for cancelled performances, we as a charity are dependent on ticket income and will offer ticket holders the opportunity to convert the value of any tickets to a voucher for use on future performances or make a donation in lieu of a ticket refund.
