This yoga class is suitable for those who have practiced vinyasa before. We will move dynamically at a quick pace, building strength and flexibility as we go. Expect your heart rate to be high as we build heat and power with our flows. If in doubt, please contact Beth at firstname.lastname@example.org
You’ll need a yoga mat and if you have props please bring as they are great for deepening postures you think you’ve perfected!
Beth has been teaching yoga for 13 years. Her style is light and playful, with a deep understanding of anatomy and how to adapt for different bodies. Expect to work hard and rest hard in her classes, as she guides you through a physical practice, interlaced with breathing and relaxation techniques. Beth has a yoga studio in Ewhurst, so is very familiar with the local community.
