This incredible mat based Pilates class will have you working muscles you didn’t know you had. Designed to build strength in the core, back and pelvic floor, this gentle, all levels class will have you feeling stretched and toned. Pilates is proven to help lower stress levels, improve sleep quality and build stamina and strength in the whole body.
Suitable for all abilities. You will need a yoga mat and stretchy clothes.
Jess started her career as a professional dancer after training at the Royal Ballet school and Italia Conti Academy. Jess travelled the world performing in shows such as Footloose, Copacabana and Grease. She then decided to turn her attention to teaching and hasn’t looked back since. Her style is fun and light and her goal is always to make sure you leave a class feeling inspired, worked hard but most importantly better than when you arrived. Expect to find muscles you didn’t know you had.
