Iyengar Yoga With Sarra Whicheloe
Beginners 6-week Yoga course 6.30pm – 7.30pm

An opportunity for you to learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga in a safe and progressive manner. You will build strength and awareness through the active standing postures. You will learn chest opening and restorative postures to enhance your feeling of well-being. This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those returning to Yoga after a break. Drop-in also available.
