If you've always wanted to start yoga but have always wondered how and when to start, well this is the course for you. 

Starting at the very beginning we will learn the postures slowly and in depth. We'll learn how to breathe and why these ancient techniques have such a profound impact on our mind and body. We will learn the correct alignment of the postures so you can understand for yourself how life changing yoga can be. This course is perfect if you are an absolute beginner or if you've touched on yoga but want to know and understand more. 

You'll need a yoga mat and bring yoga blocks if you have them. Wear stretchy, comfy clothes
