The course will begin with observational drawing from life which is a key requirement for GCSE Art and Design. This will then be used as a stimulus and starting point in which to develop a variety of skills and learn to work with new materials. Students will be encouraged to develop and explore their ideas and individual outcomes. Students already studying GCSE at school, will be given the opportunity to work on any unfinished projects in order to enhance and improve their portfolio.
