Early 2022 sees Tanya covering the title role for Welsh National Opera's Jenůfa and English National Opera's production of Handmaid's Tale cover Moira. Over the Summer Tanya will sing Tosca throughout France and England with Opera Loki and in the Autumn she will cover Venus for Saffron Opera Group's concert performance of Tannhäuser.
Karen Foster has performed with ENO for more than 30 years.
Paul Sheehan, baritone, is a go-to acting opera singer with a well-known Toreador in Carmen.
They are joined this year by James Liu, tenor, from Opera North. Simon Haynes, piano, is a singer as well as pianist and has performed with Glyndebourne Festival Opera and London Sinfonietta voices.
If you watched the marvellous ENO production on BBC 2 at Christmas 2020 of the Mozart “Requiem” you will have seen three of our singers in that performance at the London Coliseum.
This is a fundraising event in support of Cranleigh Arts (Registered charity no. 284186) Benefiting from the event also is the Heritage 1170 Community local charity which is raising funds to maintain the St Nicolas Cranleigh church building for our heritage.
