Have you always dreamed of dancing like Darcy Bussell? Do you often dance around the kitchen, imagining being on stage at the Royal Opera House? Well, I cannot guarantee we will all make it to Darcy’s level but I can promise you will feel graceful, light as a feather and free after this class. Learn the basics of ballet technique. Strengthen the feet, legs, core and arms in this wonderful full body workout designed to build flexibility and poise. We will start with barre exercises to build a strong foundation and then gradually move into the centre for some elegant adagios. 
Ballet shoes are advised but not essential. Socks will do. No need to bring your tutu (unless you would like) just grab some comfy clothes and let’s meet at the barre. 
Jess started her career as a professional dancer after training at the Royal Ballet school and Italia Conti Academy. Jess travelled the world performing in shows such as Footloose, Copacabana and Grease. She then decided to turn her attention to teaching and hasn’t looked back since. Her style is fun and light and her goal is always to make sure you leave a class feeling inspired, worked hard but most importantly better than when you arrived. Expect to find muscles you didn’t know you had.
