Where do I watch the Livestream?
Once you have booked a ticket you will receive a confirmation email with your unique streaming link. Click or copy and pasta this link to access the livestream. Please note do not share your ticket link, multiple usage of the same link will result in users being locked out of the live stream permanently, your link can be used on one device only.
Can I watch a livestream after the event?
Yes, you can. Our livestreams are able to be access via the same link for a week after the initial stream.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is cancelled by Cranleigh Arts or the performer you will be contacted with further instructions.
What if I didn’t get a confirmation email?
Please be sure to thoroughly check your inbox as well as any spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please contact our Box Office team via email at boxoffice@cranleighartscentre.org.
